On the road to Istanbul – Humanitarian Accountability Report launched

The CHS Alliance has launched its first major publication. Bringing together 13 humanitarian  practitioners and thinkers to discuss challenges to greater humanitarian effectiveness, On the road to Istanbul, the 2015 edition of the Humanitarian Accountability Report, offers concrete solutions to many of the issues raised during the regional consultations for the World Humanitarian Summit.

Ground Truth Solutions director Nick van Praag explores how customer satisfaction techniques more commonly associated with the commercial world can improve humanitarian performance.
